In this parent/caregivers-only workshop, learn how to help kids be safer with people they know and with strangers – and build positive relationships. We’ll practice ways to teach kids to be safe using fun, not fear, help kids set and respect clear boundaries, integrate safety concepts into family life, and strengthen kids’ peer/friendship skills. Adults who care for children of any age are welcome to attend. Please email [email protected] to let us know you’ll be there.

This Fall Prevention joint safe activity over time can help reduce symptoms for people with Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, diabetes, lower back pain, arthritis and depression while you are seated in a chair. Centers for Disease Control and Injury Prevention (CDC) report this program reduces falls by 55% and recurrent falls by 70%. This program is for adults. 50+.
